The Canadian artist Lyzane POTVIN was born in the Lac-Saint-Jean region (Quebec).
The body is at the center of her artistic approach, not solely the physical body, but the whole being. Through the self-portrait, she tries to lift the veil on our human condition and its undeniable fragility.
Her work has been displayed in various galleries, contemporary art fairs, contemporary art centers and museums in Switzerland, Paris, Belgium, London and Canada.
Her work has been featured in contemporary art magazines such as ART PRESS, ARTENSION, AZART, or L’OEIL, and in various French and Canadian newspapers and radios.
Her work can be found in the collection of various galleries and in several private collections.
She lives and works in Montreal and Paris.
